Human Resources Internship

We don’t require a green card or citizenship. The person can have a temporary visa as long as he/she has the right to work during this period.   So if the student visa allows them to work an internship, then we can accept that.

Housing is provided by Mark Lehman '71, in his home. You will also be able to ride to/from the internship with him.

Company is looking for a Human Resources Intern. The student filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties. This intern will work directly with the Chief People Officer during the internship.

Responsibilities

·               Work on acquisition related projects including integration of benefits, policies and procedures

·               Assist in analysis and development HR policies and procedures

·               Create an on-boarding program for new team members and for recently promoted members.

·               Support the Human Resources team

·               Work on additional projects as needed

Requirements

Applicants should be Business majors with proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are all essential to this position.

Availability/Duration

Candidates must be available for 8 consecutive weeks
